OPINION-Legalizing Cannabis: REALITY CHECK EDITION
WHAT DOES LEGALIZATION LOOK LIKE?
As far as real legalization of this sacred plant, it would mean:
NO ARRESTS, NO TICKETS, NO PENALTIES, NO GOVERNMENT CONTROL OR INVOLVEMENT OVER THE CANNABIS FARMER, PATIENT, REC CONSUMER, ETC. NO FEDERAL INTRUSIONS. NO CORPORATE INVOLVEMENT. NO RULING FOR PRISONS, ADDICT CLINICS OR MENTAL INSTITUTIONS FOR THE USE OF CANNABIS WHATSOEVER.
Although, we may want this ASAP, the first thing that needs to happen is decriminalization nationwide!
All people in prison or mental institutions for reasons of Cannabis
(possession, affiliation, etc.) need to be expunged & released.
(And anyone who has pending warrants or tickets on cannabis)
After this, there will be more ways to help Americans who want to use cannabis on a daily basis for health or recreational reasons without being treated like a criminal, an addict or as if one is mentally ill for using cannabis.
Presidents have the support of millions of people. People want them to do all that they can with their "power" to reduce or end the spending on targeting Cannabis Users with funds wasted on Law Enforcement, Jails/Prisons, Addict programs, and any other means of harsh punishments towards the Cannabis Community.
The perfect people to play the role in giving a helping hand to the possible Rescheduling or Legalization of Cannabis in America, under any administration, would be the witty, hard working, positive SOULS with modern attitudes..........
Please don't believe the fabricated lies of the mainstream media or false prophets!
This issue has gone on way before
President Trump...people in this country & in so many other countries have been harassed, targeted, locked up, or murdered for simply talking about this plant, sharing info or even using this plant- so please,
stop 🛑 any argument against only one person...
and please who ever is in 'office' during ANY Administration or future administrations;
Please listen to WE the PEOPLE... (sarcasm!)
( 'The controllers' will never listen or care....The deepstate will always try to keep cannabis & other healing plants away from humanity's reach-it's part of their evil business) Research UN AGENDA PROHIBITION
Yet, thousands of years have passed & humans are still in need of this sacred plant.
No Government Entity will stop us from planting our seeds & healing our communities WORLDWIDE.
Although, real legalization can be ours to finally experience freedom, prosperity, justice, and peace!
But for example, the CWCBE just showed its true colors:
LACKING CARE, RESPECT & INTEGRITY to the
Cannabis community.
They do not want to Educate, Support or Enlighten the people about Legalization or how to receive Full Access Cannabis in their state.
NO.
They only care
about making $$$$ and do not actually CARE
how the CURRENT laws affect PEOPLE.
They DO NOT care about the CANNABIS COMMUNITY.
At SacredMaryJane, we do NOT affiliate with anyone who does not follow the same values or has NO compassion towards Cannabis &the people. The decision made by CWCBE was very foolish especially for a conference that is SUPPOSED to be about uniting people in the business involving a sacred plant, they obviously have other intentions.
We are trying to unite the people with a sacred plant, do good for all & help heal our sick communities.
